Your Modulos desk will be shipped directly to your home via a courier. We only work with the most reliable shipping companies to provide you with a first-class service, and you will, of course, be provided with tracking information about your package.

The average time frame it takes for your product to be produced, shipped and delivered to your address is 3-6 weeks.

We currently ship to most of the Europe and the United States, and once you add items to your shopping cart we instantly calculate the shipping cost for full transparency. Our Warranty Policy

You can submit a complaint about a defective or an incomplete product. You can do that within three months from when you’ve noticed a defect (but not after six months from when you’ve received your product). We will process you complaint within 14 days and will let you know if we will fix, or replace your product. We cover the costs of shipments made in connection with your complaint.

In short – if your product arrived damaged, or you notice it is defective in the period of 6 months since it has arrived to you, please let us know and we will replace the damaged or defective product.

Upon shipping, once the courier hands over your package to you, the risk of damage to or loss of products is transferred upon you. If you, at that point, note any damages to the package or to the product, please note that to the courier immediately (if possible), and take photographs that you can deliver to us in case there is damage to the product. This helps us speed up the process of replacing your damaged products.
